フランシス・コッポラ監督の「ゴッドファーザー」は、単なるマフィア映画ではなく、アメリカに移住したイタリア移民の物語だという事がよくわかるエピソードですが、有名なティラミスをはじめ、イタリア系のお菓子は素材を生かした美味しさがありますね。毒入りとも知らずに黒幕がパクパク食べる気持ちが良くわかります！
